Job Description
The Helpdesk Systems Administrator will work with a team to provide Tier II support, attend shift open and close standup, utilize BMC Remedy to annotate work completed, and investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues at the lowest level.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related technical discipline, or MIS related field
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- IAT II Certification (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent)
- ITIL v3 Certification or newer
