Requirements

• Lead and grow our engineering team
• Define and own Centric Shoppingfeed’s technical roadmap
• Oversee architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, and technical project management
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
• Drive platform scalability, security, and performance improvements
• Introduce processes and systems that improve team efficiency, velocity, and delivery quality
