Junior Data Analyst - Contractor - UK

CIR is an independent organization dedicated to exposing human rights violations and threatening democracy. They require a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to manage project data infrastructure, collect and analyze datasets, and provide insights across investigations. The role is ideal for recent graduates with a strong interest in the Middle East region.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Arabic or Farsi
• Prior experience working on Middle Eastern regional issues
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Neo4J
• Experience managing and interrogating sizeable datasets
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to present findings clearly
• Desirable: Familiarity with programming languages (Python) and/or automating data collection/extraction.
• Understanding of open-source investigation techniques and online research tools.
