Student Pastor

The Student Pastor will create an exciting and engaging environment for students to discover and fully own faith in Jesus, reaching and engaging disconnected students in the community.

Requirements

• Create a safe and engaging environment that attract students
• Connect students to the Central Student Ministry
• Develop students for the next step in their faith
• Plan, lead, and execute Kingdom Worker Trips
• Run, plan, and execute a student leadership team
• Create an engaging environment on Sunday mornings for students and families
• Execute and own CSM Programming
• Manage communication between Student Team and Campus Pastor
• Provide and implement strategic leadership and initiatives for student ministry
• Develop, maintain, and grow partnerships with families, school administrators, and organizations
• Develop, maintain, and grow Sunday morning engagement for Students in the Worship Center
