Job Description
Centorrino Technologies is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join their Professional Services team in Australia. The role focuses on delivering business outcomes within the Agile framework and fostering team cohesion while being an example of agile delivery. They offer a collaborative and innovative work environment with opportunities for growth and a commitment to diversity.
Requirements
- Run the Scrum process end to end across agreed teams.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and guide teams.
- Foster team cohesion and a strong sense of shared responsibility.
- Educate teams on Agile methodology.
- Create and manage Agile governance artefacts.
- Configure and manage Scrum teams within Azure DevOps/TFS.
- Facilitate Scrum within Azure DevOps/TFS.
- Create and manage Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks.
- Identify, log, and manage risks and impediments.
