Sales Manager Romania (m/f/d) - Remote

The Sales Manager Romania role at CENTOGENE is responsible for customer satisfaction, business development, and sales of services and solutions in Romania. This involves autonomous planning and implementation of sales activities, managing partners, key opinion leaders, identifying growth opportunities, and representing CENTOGENE at events, all while reporting to the General Manager Europe.

Requirements

• Romanian Nationality, based in Romania
• A university degree in Medicine, Biological Sciences or the equivalent
• Professional experience in Biotechnology and Sales (Molecular Diagnostics, medical laboratory diagnostics and/or pharmaceutical market) selling complex products.
• Extensive Knowledge of Local Market, Medical Institutions, KOL's, Physicians, Patients Organizations.
• Profound understanding of methods in the field of modern human genetics, rare diseases and NGS offering
• Experience in managing Romanian Regional Business activities.
• Native Romanian and excellent English language skills
• Strong communication skills and negotiating ability
• Demonstrated organizational skills and experience in handling complex accounts
• Ability to work independently, performance and results oriented
• Interest in selling products that are novel and making a difference for patients
• Passionate about selling, partnering and networking with customers and distributors
• A solid grasp of scientific and medical concepts and procedures
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
