Job Description
The Professional Development Coordinator at Child and Family Services oversees staff training and professional development. This role involves recruiting/staffing, monitoring progress towards program standards, and facilitating training. The position requires collaboration with management to meet state and Head Start licensing requirements and manage CDA Individual Professional Development Plans.
Requirements
- Assess training needs and develop/arrange training.
- Create and monitor agency training plans.
- Collaborate with managers on mandatory training.
- Support CDA monitoring and CDA Individual Professional Development Plans.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and onboarding.
- Maintain knowledge of early childhood education trends.
