Centerfield is seeking a skilled, motivated, and experienced Contract Recruiter to join our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team for a 4-month contract.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven success in high-volume recruitment, ideally within insurance, call centers, or sales-focused environments
- Experience recruiting for both corporate functions (e.g., HR, Finance, Marketing)
- Deep familiarity with sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing in competitive markets
- Proficiency using ATS platforms (Ashby, Fountain preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and meet aggressive hiring targets
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to improve process efficiency and hiring outcomes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
