Oversees the day-to-day instruction of basic life and social skills, assists in the coordination of individual services, and works with the Interdisciplinary Team to develop individual plans for progress towards individual goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Ability to work with people of varying abilities including those who are non-verbal and have behavioral challenges.
- Ability to communicate with families and the public in a professional manner.
- Possession of a valid Driver’s license, a good driving record and a willingness to use agency vehicle or own personal vehicle in the course of employment.
- Ability to lift and support the body weight of any program individual with the assistance of another employee.
- Must have reliable transportation.
