Requirements

• Handling all inbound calls from new and existing patients
• Converting calls from new patients to a scheduled treatment plan
• Maximizing patient retention by tracking patients from the first inquiry call to the completion of treatment
• Maintaining company expectations for conversion of inquiry calls to booked new patients
