The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking an Engagement Specialist for the Transformative Reentry Initiative in Staten Island, NY. This role will work with program participants to provide wraparound services focused on restorative practices, employment/educational support, mentorship, and social-emotional support. The specialist will co-create individual support plans, provide home visits, and ensure participants move forward from the Justice system and become engaged members of the community. They will also be responsible for outreach, client navigation, and maintaining program effectiveness.
