The Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluations Specialist to work with the CIPE Europe and Eurasia team to design data collection tools, implement MEL activities, conduct analysis of performance data, and communicate results of project activities across the Europe and Eurasia portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, International Business, Economics, Public Policy, or similar other field
- Master's degree, or the equivalent experience, in International Relations, International Business, Economics, or Public Policy
- Minimum 7 years of international development experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation for international development projects
- Experience with international development and topics consistent with CIPE's mission
- Experience in implementing quantitative and qualitative data collection for MEL for international development programs
- Experience in conducting quantitative data analysis for MEL purposes using specialized software such as SPSS, Stata, R, etc.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Russian
- Experience in and knowledge of monitoring and evaluation best practices
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, as well as independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Strong skills in MS Office, specifically MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (as well as Teams and SharePoint preferred)
- Ability to travel to other locations across the Europe and Eurasia region at least one week per quarter
