The Center for Family and Child Enrichment (CFCE) is seeking a SNAP Case Manager to provide day-to-day case management for SNAP boys and girls, including intake assessments, referrals, and monitoring progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- 3-5 years of human service experience
- Experience with structured groups and parent education groups
- Community/agency liaison experience
