Temporary Work Crew Supervisor

We’re looking for a Site Supervisor to help us live our mission to prepare people with recent criminal convictions for securing employment each year. The role involves supervising a work crew of 5-10 individuals, creating an uplifting work environment, and providing on-the-job coaching. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a non-traditional workspace, is on their feet, and loves being outdoors.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Previous safety training preferable, though training will be provided to hired candidate
• Ability to consistently lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb in order to complete projects
• Ability to work outdoors, walk or stand for long periods of time, and drive a 12 passenger van with an attached trailer
