Job Description
The Center for Elders’ Independence is seeking a Rehab Aide to assist with exercise programs for CEI participants, providing direct care, maintaining treatment areas and equipment, and performing clerical duties.
Requirements
- 1 year experience working in a rehabilitation setting with the frail elderly
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Proficient in use of computers including basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to work with clients of varying cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain CPR certification within three months of employment
- Valid California driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
