Health Benefit Rep

As a Health Benefit Representative, you will sell Fidelis Care products and services to individuals in an assigned territory, meeting or exceeding production goals by enrolling them in the best product for their unique needs. You will interact directly with individuals, educate them on healthy lifestyles, and assist them through each step of the application and enrollment process.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED, required
• 2 to 5 years prior experience in managed care, sales, customer service or related experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Driver’s License required
