The program offers hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the Ready-Mix division, rotating interns through safety, plant management, quality control, and project coordination. The program aims to equip graduates with the skills needed for a successful future within Cemex USA.

Requirements

• Recent bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Concrete Industry Management, Construction Science Management, Business Admin/Management, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering)
• GPA of 2.5 or higher (or 3.0+)
• Leadership potential and proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
• Analytical and presentation skills.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S.
• Flexibility to relocate within the U.S.
