Collections Specialist

Celtic Bank is seeking a friendly and energetic Collections Specialist to manage and monitor the Bank’s delinquent portfolio. The role involves effective communication with borrowers and customers to achieve collection goals, utilizing strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. This position is within the Asset Quality team, supplying creative solutions in a rapidly growing commercial lending environment.

Requirements

• Extensive Collections experience.
• College education preferred.
• Detail oriented and possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and work independently.
• Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office, web-based applications, SharePoint/OneDrive).
