Job Description
We are looking for a Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) Analyst to join our team. The role will involve performing customer and enhanced due diligence account reviews, investigating potential unusual activity, and reporting to the BSA Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, Political Science, Law or a related field
- 2+ years of AML/BSA experience or equivalent educational or job related experience
- Financial crime investigation experience or equivalent educational or job related experience
- Must have a basic working knowledge of AML/BSA regulatory compliance processes and procedures
- Must have the ability to identify unusual patterns/trends
- Must have solid organizational, communication, and customer service skills
