Join Celonis as a Director of Corporate Development to shape and execute the company's future growth strategy. The role involves leading the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments. You will partner with business unit leaders, oversee M&A processes, and develop and implement integration plans.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or a related field in or with exposure to enterprise software
- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar discipline.
- MBA, CPA or CFA is desirable.
- Proven track record of leading and executing M&A transactions and strategic investments
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to craft investment memos and presentations and present to executive management
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in building decision frameworks/models
- Ability to manage complex projects and work cross-functionality under pressure, while maintaining high attention to detail.
