Site IT Operations Delivery Manager

The Site IT Operations Delivery Manager provides leadership to the IT Solutions team and IT Infrastructures team, overseeing systems analysis, design, development, and support for Global Systems and IT Infrastructures. The role requires excellent leadership and teamwork skills, in-depth knowledge of data analysis, and ability to resolve complex process/system problems.

Requirements

• Oversee and lead systems analysis, design, development, and support for existing Global IT Systems
• Manage and oversee cross-functional projects
• Manage and motivate a team of people to a common goal, as well as perform regular people leader activities
• Oversee budgets and investments for a medium to large site
• Integrate and manage external service suppliers
• Perform and support change management activities
