Production Supervisor

Celestica is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead customer product lines within our electronics manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of industry experience
• Solid understanding of complex production processes
• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers
• Proven ability to effectively manage, train, and motivate line personnel to achieve production goals in fast-paced environments
• Solid understanding of electronic assembly processes, mechanical fitting, and familiarity with production tools and machinery
• Proficiency in using basic PC applications (e.g., Excel for production data tracking, Word, PowerPoint)
