Production Manager 2

The Production Manager 2 is responsible for providing direct and indirect supervision to subordinate team leaders and professional employees. They will manage resources responsible for assembling, testing and repairing products in a manufacturing site, and establish policies and guidelines to evaluate results. They will also recommend and manage the work unit budget, and advocate for and allocate appropriate resources to meet production requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Seven to ten years of relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of the production process and the tools and equipment used in the process
• Ability to coordinate a wide variety of resources to meet production quality and quantity metrics
• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers
• Ability to lead, manage, train and motivate a diverse group of employees
