Job Description
The Operations Quality Analyst will manage Quality Management processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and contributing to continuous improvement. This role involves task-oriented activities such as managing product and material quality inspections, analyzing KPIs, and collaborating with teams to achieve quality goals. The position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality methodologies.
Requirements
- Manage quality excursions and follow escalation procedures.
- Oversee product and material quality from inception to mass production.
- Analyze and report on quality KPIs (RFPY, OBA, RMA, etc.).
- Develop and maintain internal quality system procedures.
- Support process, product, system, and supplier audits.
- Monitor and ensure timely implementation of Engineering Changes and supplier notifications.
