Commodity Management Manager [Individual Contributor] 1

As a Commodity Management Manager, you will execute three to five-year plans & objectives, develop and execute strategies for strategic and/or high-dollar commodity or group of commodities, and ensure quality, delivery and cost objectives are met. You will also drive continuous improvements across all functions, lead problem resolution, and build cross-functional relationships.

Requirements

• At least 5 - 7 years in the Semiconductor Industry
• Deep understanding of AP culture
• Experiences in negotiating contract, stocking programs, LT reductions activities, supplier development
• Problem resolution, conflict management
• Mechanical Engineering background preferred
• Knowledge of global supply chain emerging trends and influences of global environment on a broad range of strategic commodities
• Strong knowledge of Engineering concepts and financial analysis
• Effective communication, both verbally and in writing
• High level of integrity
• Ability to communicate and build strong supplier & cross-functional relationships
• Ability to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and urgency
• Ability to lead complex negotiations effectively
• Strong knowledge of basic computer applications, particularly in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong desire to learn; eager to take on dynamic challenges
• Positive attitude
