Job Description
Celestial AI is seeking a Test Engineer to join their team and contribute to developing and optimizing test strategies for semiconductor and optical components. This role involves testing at the ATE and SLT levels, analyzing test data, and ensuring the quality and reliability of manufacturing processes. The company is innovating with Photonic FabricTM, a next-generation interconnect technology to address the performance and energy efficiency bottlenecks in data center infrastructure.
Requirements
- Develop, debug, and optimize ATE and SLT test programs.
- Work closely with design, product, and validation teams to define test requirements.
- Analyze test data to improve yield, performance, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain test patterns and test methodologies.
- Support JTAG, boundary scan, and other test interfaces.
- Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to ensure test coverage.
- Automate data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Provide failure analysis and debug support.
