Job Description
Celestial AI is seeking a Package Integration Engineer to oversee packaging integration and vendor coordination from design to manufacturing. This role focuses on defining day-to-day priorities, guiding build plans, driving yield improvement, and ensuring smooth project execution within a Photonic FabricTM system. The engineer will be collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to integrate the technology into XPUs.
Requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate package integration and vendor coordination
- Work with OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) and other 3rd party vendors to bring product from concept to NPI and HVM
- Align day-to-day activities of individual contributors and managers and track progress in project and document management software
- Use DOE (Design of Experiment) principles and engineering judgement to propose and manage material build plans
