Job Description
We're looking for an AI Automation Manager to join our AI Enablement team and accelerate automation across the company. You will combine process mapping with hands-on coding to turn cross-functional pain points into maintainable, measurable solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a digital or e-commerce context with end-to-end process work and implementation in cross-functional environments
- Technical proficiency in process analysis, Python or JavaScript, API integrations (REST, webhooks), and LLM-based solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms
- Fluent English with the ability to work across teams and brands; German is a plus
