Job Description
The chosen candidate for this position requires a minimum of three years of experience in building trades and mechanical repair. They need knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, masonry, and painting, along with experience in rotating equipment and mechanical repair. EPA certification (universal) and R410A Technician certification are preferred.
