Human Resources Business Partner

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth and success of our global family of brands. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategy in support of assigned business platforms, providing broad HR support, and partnering with leaders to implement HR programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent advisory role
• Union experience is required and non-negotiable, including direct experience supporting unionized workforces, interpreting and administering collective bargaining agreements, and advising leaders on labor relations matters
