Business Group Finance Director (C&ES)

The Business Group Financial Director is a strategic financial executive responsible for driving profitable growth, operational efficiency, and compliance across multiple Platforms within a Strategic Business Group organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/MS or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including oversight of multiple business units or divisions
• 7+ years of experience building financial models, performing scenario analysis, and translating data into strategic insights
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and drive operational improvements
• Deep understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives
• Expertise in financial modeling, data analytics, and reporting tools (Excel, various ERP systems and AI-enabled platforms)
• Experience in vendor evaluation and strategic project management
