Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our team in delivering projects that exceed expectations while fostering long-term relationships driven by integrity, communication, and growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Lead Project Manager for a general contractor
• Strong background in vertical construction and interior finishes
• Experience managing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop PMs and Project Engineers
• Proficiency with Procore and construction project management systems
• Solid understanding of construction estimating, budgeting, and cost control
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents
• Knowledge of Windows applications, including Microsoft Office and operating software
• Ability to read detailed (blueprints) plans and specifications
• Knowledge of construction industry products and accompanying trades
• Experience performing all essential functions of the Project Engineer position
• Experience with Construction Estimating
• Knowledge and proficiency with Civic Elite Scopes of work and Project Management systems
• Ability to manage multiple, large projects and project teams
• Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships
