Project Manager

Brady West LA is seeking a Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in commercial metal framing and drywall construction to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, experience with accounting principles, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of commercial metal framing and drywall construction experience in Project Management
• Experience with OST and QuickBid
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, schedules, and specifications
• Knowledge of construction budgets, scheduling, and estimating
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of organization and multi-tasking skills

Benefits

• Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience
