CDM Smith is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Corporate HR Team, driving full cycle recruitment of Electrical Engineers and related technical talent.

Requirements

• Lead end to end recruiting for Electrical Engineering roles
• Proactively source, engage, and cultivate a diverse pipeline of experienced Electrical Engineers
• Conduct high quality technical prescreens
• Manage candidate experience with precision and urgency
• Coordinate interviews, drive feedback loops, and keep searches moving forward
• Extend and negotiate offers in alignment with firm compensation guidelines
• Maintain impeccable documentation and compliance across all recruiting activities
