Workers' Compensation Claim Adjuster (DE, DC, MD)

We are seeking a Workers' Compensation Claim Adjuster to investigate and adjust assigned claims, with a focus on DE, DC, and MD claims. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of claims experience and a bachelor's degree. Requirements

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust claims in accordance with established claim handling standards and laws.
• Establish reserves and/or provide reserve recommendations within established reserve authority levels.
• Negotiate settlements in accordance within Corporate Claim Standards, client specific handling instructions and state laws, when appropriate.
