Job Description
CCMSI is seeking a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster II to handle litigated Florida worker's compensation claims from start to finish. Requirements
- Investigate, evaluate, and adjust workers’ compensation claims.
- Manage litigated claims and collaborate with legal professionals.
- Establish and maintain appropriate reserves.
- Oversee medical, legal, and damage estimates.
- Negotiate settlements following client-specific handling instructions.
- Coordinate subrogation claims and excess carrier notifications.
