Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Claim Clerk to join our Reno, NV office. This is a 100% in-office role supporting a busy, fast-paced claims environment and a team of three or more adjusters.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
- Comfort handling high-volume clerical work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate general office equipment and multitask across systems.
- Reliability, initiative, and the ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong teamwork and customer service mindset.
- Reliable, predictable attendance during business hours.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Helpful (Not Required) - Bilingual in English and Spanish.
