Job Description
CCMS & Associates is seeking a 1099 Field Adjuster for the Seattle area with at least 1 year of experience adjusting properties for residential or commercial needs. The role involves property inspections, claim investigation, and preparing reports for clients. The company offers claims adjusting and third-party administration services.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of first-party commercial and/or residential property adjusting experience
- Maintain own current estimating software - Xactimate preferred (Symbility experience a plus)
- Working computer - internet access and Microsoft Word required
- Must demonstrate strong time management and customer service skills
- Experience in preparing Statement of Loss, Proof of Loss, and denial letters
- Washington State adjusters license
- Must have a valid drivers license
- High school diploma or equivalent
