Licensed Practical/ Vocational Nurse

CCG Talent Management is recruiting for a Health Corner Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse to provide advisory services to customers and caregivers on how to manage health conditions. The LPN/LVN will engage with patients/caregivers to address health-related questions and provide educational material and information.

Requirements

• Active LVN/LPN license by State Board of Professional Regulations
• At least 6 months experience as an LPN/LVN providing nursing care
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Up to date on Blood borne pathogen training
