The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing initiatives to drive demand, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing.
- Proven experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a B2B or cross-market environment.
- Strong understanding of demand-generation strategies, digital marketing, and content development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for the development and adaptation of marketing materials.
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written); Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Experience working closely with sales and product teams.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on marketing performance.
