Job Description
Consileon is seeking a IT-Consultant with a strong academic background in Business Informatics. The role involves customizing and integrating CRM and CX solutions for customers, improving their sales, service, and marketing processes, and automating business workflows. The company emphasizes teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.
Requirements
- Completed studies with very good academic success in Business Informatics or a comparable academic field
- Ideally initial experience in implementing and integrating CRM and CX solutions
- First knowledge of data modeling, API integration and cloud technologies are an advantage
- Interest in sales, service and marketing processes as well as their digitalization
- Analytical skills, structured working style and sharp problem-solving skills
- Communication skills and team spirit
- Negotiated German and very good English skills
- Travel readiness (projectxt-dependent)
