Job Description
Caylent is a cloud native services company that helps organizations leverage AWS. They are seeking a Director of AI/ML Practice Leader to lead a team in developing AI/ML solutions for clients. This role focuses on strategic leadership, technical innovation, and operational excellence within the practice, alongside building partnerships with AWS and scaling for growth. They emphasize a strong focus on AI and data expertise.
Requirements
- 10+ years of consulting/professional services experience
- 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML or data practices
- Proven track record architecting and delivering enterprise-scale ML solutions with AWS
- Experience with practice P&L management, co-selling, and AWS co-sells
- Strong business acumen and experience with leadership and development of AI/ML talent
