Job Description
Catio is building the world’s first AI-powered Copilot for Tech Architecture. We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design and build the intelligent backend systems that power our AI-first platform for cloud-native architecture planning.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in backend engineering at top-tier startups or technology companies
- Proven track record of building scalable, production-grade systems
- Expertise in modern backend languages and frameworks (Go, Python preferred)
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architectures
- Strong aptitude for performance tuning, debugging, and technical architecture design
