Requirements

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately.
• Verify amounts and ensure record-keeping.
• Identify counterfeit notes and report suspicious transactions.
• Resolve customer complaints and investigate discrepancies.
• Facilitate account opening and loan applications.
• Educate customers on banking products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
