Job Description
This full-time, per-diem position provides Hospice Aide services to hospice patients and their families, primarily in conjunction with a Registered Nurse or Physician. Duties include personal care, home maintenance, communication with interdisciplinary teams, and accurate documentation. Flexibility to adjust schedules is expected to meet patient needs.
Requirements
- Clear and Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification to practice in the state of Florida.
- CPR certification.
- 1-year experience required.
- Knowledge of computer office/clinical software.
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
