Job Description
Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church is seeking a full-time Parish Office Finance & Database Coordinator to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for our parish while providing essential support for parish finances, records, and database management.
Requirements
- Serve as receptionist and front-desk coordinator for the parish office
- Maintain parishioner, donor, and sacramental records in the parish database
- Post and reconcile weekly contributions
- Assist the Accounting Manager with month-end entries and accounts payable
- Prepare sacramental certificates and letters as needed
- Support parish mailings, Mass intentions, and general office operations
