- Ability to work constructively with people from diverse backgrounds
- Organized, motivated, and independent worker
- Pass background clearance, physical, drug test, and subject to random drug testing; TB test
- Basic computer skills
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with a good driving record
- CPR and First Aid credential; annual State of Illinois refresher training to renew School Bus Permit
