Job Description
Catawiki is a one-of-a-kind marketplace for buying and selling special objects. We're seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist to take ownership of our core Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and ensure smooth system operations, maintain impeccable data accuracy and integrity, and design and implement scalable HR workflows.
Requirements
- 3 years or more in HRIS, HR systems administration, HRIT or equivalent roles
- Strong hands-on experience with HiBob
- Proven experience working with integrations between HRIS and other systems
- Technical & analytical capabilities
- Understanding of HR processes
- Communication & collaboration
- Problem-solving & ownership
