Job Description
Catalis is a leading government Software as a Service (SaaS) and integrated payments provider seeking a Document Management – Team Lead to provide daily support to the Document Management team supporting the Medical Marijuana Card Program (MMCP).
Requirements
- One or more years of customer service experience in an operations environment
- One year of leadership experience/exposure is preferred
- Attention to detail, listening/comprehension skills, strong oral and written communication skills
- Team player, good judgment, self-motivated
- Ability to work collaboratively within the organization
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
