Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will coordinate the financial closing process for a listed entity, preparing financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, and Statement of Equity). This role involves accuracy and timeliness review, vessel revenue recording, loan monitoring, and banking support. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of shipping accounting and experience with US-listed environments.

Requirements

• Prepare quarterly BS, P&L, CF, and Equity statements
• Coordinate with external auditors
• Record, monitor, and reconcile vessel revenue
• Review bank transactions and support cash flow reporting
• Liaise with operators and prepare reconciliation schedules
• Maintain repayment schedules, reconcile loan facilities, and liaise with financial institutions.
• Improve collaboration and contribute to process improvements.
